Dr. Ellis is thorough and knowledgeable. She spotted some issues previous dentists had not brought to my attention and offered reasonable approaches to tackling them. The rest of the staff are also very competent, good at communicating and considerate. Highly recommended.

I was recently in for a root canal which in all honesty, I was dreading. I had been putting this procedure off due to my anxiety of going to the dentist, which stems from my childhood and past experience with the dentist.However, this visit went so well. My apt was at 8am and the receptionist checked me in and set me up with a water and a brief chit chat. From there the dental assistant came and brought me to the chair and set me up with a blanket. She then walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. She and Erin both know that I’m an anxious patient in the chair and take that into consideration every single time.I’ll spare the details but the whole procedure was painless and comfortable, as well as the recovery.Thankfully, my 2 children have zero reservation about going to the dentist and that is 100% because of the staff at Maidstone Dental. I love that MD is changing the narrative for this generation at their perspective on going to the dentist.Thank you team!

First time at Maidstone Dental.The atmosphere was really nice and professional. Initially, I was greeted and assessed by Jackie. She's an absolute gem and really took the time to educate me on my oral health and how it directly correlates to my overall health.Next, she introduced me to Erin, who is also awesome!Together, they laid out a plan how to help me get my smile back to 100% and how to keep it!!Thank you ladies

Maidstone Dental is everything my husband praised it for and more. We knew part of the staff previously, Dr. Erin Ellis and Jackie, at a different location so choose to follow them to their new location in Maidstone. I found the whole staff warm, welcoming, caring, professional and very advanced in their knowledge of dentistry.The atmosphere should place Maidstone Dental in a new category called Dental Spa. My anxiety levels started dropping inside the door. I still have a warm feeling from my appointment yesterday. This dental experience it like none other and I am so thankful for their close proximity and wonderful team who I highly reccomend and appreciate.

Professional, very thorough, personable; that's how I describe Dr. Ellis and her team at Maidstone Dental. I have visited this office three times over the last several months. After an extensive complete check up, I received the very best informed treatment plan accompanied with the assurance that we would move forward with treatment in which ever way I felt comfortable whether that was completing all recommendations or just part of the list. The written estimate of procedures and fees provided on that initial meeting was very beneficial in making decisions on how to proceed.Dr Ellis and each staff member that I have seen have gone to great lengths to not only answer all questions but to take the time to teach and offer tips in caring for your teeth at home...greatly appreciated!When it came time for the actual work to begin, Dr Ellis was very diligent in informing me of exactly what she was doing and what to expect while at the same time making sure I was as pain free as possible. Again, greatly appreciated!As an added touch, when I walked through the door the other day, I was greeted by my name and welcomed in! Going to the dentist is hard enough as it is, but being treated in such a respectful, caring manner makes the experience a whole lot easier!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! & that says a lot coming from someone who doesn’t care for the dentist. First time at this clinic & every lady I worked with from the moment I called with a chipped tooth to the end of my visit were so helpful, thoughtful & kind. They offered a blanket, hot neck bag, coffee, water, tv. 100% going to be our family dentist. What a great team they have at this clinic!

My first visit at Maidstone Dental I had a great experience! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Ready to welcome you when you walk through the doors.Recently I had an appointment, staff were quick and gave an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be done.Staff help make the visit comfortable as possible!Also Dr. Ellis is very reassuring and excellent at her job! Dr. Ellis and the team are a great combination!

Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Make you feel relaxed and cared for. They are gentle, quick and make sure you are comfortable. So happy to have found a dentist who SAFELY removes mercury fillings!
