I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Wast Tech Mobile. I brought my vehicle in for a mechanical inspection, oil change and filter replacements in preparation for a long trip. Despite being told they would look at it within a day or two, they didn't even begin the inspection for a full week, which set my trip back by a week. They didn't even call me to inform me of any delay, I had to contact them to find out what was going on. To make matters worse, they only did a safety inspection and ignored the engine completely. They did an oil change and replaced the oil filter, but didn't replace any other filters as requested. When I picked up the vehicle and asked if everything was in good working order, the mechanic assured me it was. However, a day into our trip, we experienced mechanical trouble and had to bring the vehicle to a different mechanic who found that we needed a new alternator, batteries, starter, tensioner and the fuel filters urgently needed to be replaced, as well as a minor coolant leak. How did they miss all of these issues during their supposed inspection"? I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never be returning for service. Their negligence could have resulted in a dangerous situation on our trip."

West Tech has been doing work on our Spray Foam Trucks for almost a year. We have had a great experience Bill and his crew. His evaluation of our trucks keep our team safe and his maintenance scheduling that he set up for us is preventing downtime and saving money.

I brought in an older RV that they said they would be able to fix. I asked them to fix the fuel gauge, replace front shocks, and fix an on/off toggle switch for the air ride.I was initially told it would take 4 days. They then called me in to pick it up after 10 days, but when I showed up, it was not ready. I then waited another 5 days, and when I tried to drive it away, it stalled immediately.I left it with them for a total of 8 weeks. When I came to get it, the repair bill was massive and included a bunch of repairs I had not asked for, nor had they asked me if I wanted them done - including replacing my air ride pump with a jerry rigged solution at my expense.When I test drove it, it was losing power and backfiring continuously. They agreed to a partial refund, but months down the line, I have realized they cut power to the fuel pump and reinstalled the fuel tank so that any gas added pours directly onto the ground.This was an absolute farce of an experience. I have never felt more cheated by a shop. Avoid at all costs.

I saw West tech had good reviews. I just got in town and had an air leak. I checked in in the morning and they addressed my issue immediately. Great people at this shop. Rare find. I will return again. Glad to give them my business.

So far I have no complaints. Absolutely love these guys. Super friendly, quick to get to the job.We have gotten our bobcat serviced here (they came out to our location) and had it repaired in less than a week. The price is fair.We originally took our bobcat over to Tractorland in rockyview and the service we received was awful! Took them 3 weeks to get to it/ diagnose it and they were waiting on hearing back about a part…. We finally just pulled it from their shop (they charged us almost $900 for a small diagnosis). I then found west tech and we had everything fixed quickly and for a fair price.

Having dealt with all the guys at West Tech over a number of years for service on company fleet trucks I've come to look forward to service times. Genuine, understanding , and empathetic to the budget needs of their customers Tony and the guys have always gone out of their way to help me. Give ya six stars if I could guys, thanks!

This shop was a life saver!We were coming back from a job in Strathmore AB heading to BC when several warning lights came on.I did not want to risk heading into the mountains in this state.The receptionist, Barb answered the phone as was a ray of sunshine on an uncertain day.The team made quick work of the repairs and I also got an oil change since they said they could get it done quickly as well.The truck ran amazing and we made it back to our home base with no issues at all.Highly recommend this shop if you have a diesel truck.They know what they are doing and the prices are more than reasonable.Thanks again for saving the day!

This is a small shop but they have alot of techs and 3 service trucks so they can handle quite a bit of work. The front staff are very knowledgeable and straightforward

Had a no start condition after accidently causing a short throuh the OBDII plug. Metered the start circuits and all tests proved good and pointed to the PCM as having the fault. I was thinking I either needed a new PCM or a Ford VMCII to fix the problem. I contacted the ownerof West tech Mobile to have him send a technician to my location as the truck was dead or it would require a tow to take anywhere to have it looked at. We talked for a couple minutes and he provided me with a couple things to check. The first idea he had I did not think of previously and sure enough the problem was evident immediately. Two electrical error codes present. Cleared the codes and the truck started. I called him back to thank him for the save on a tow or call out for a technician. I then asked him on some advise about products that are best practice to protect a Diesel engine and he helped me once again. Best advice I have received for protection of my Diesel engine. I would take my rig to WTM any day and if I can't drive to them I will have them come to me. Thank you WTM.
