The UPS Store

If i could i would definitely leave less then 1 star. The owner is extremely rude. Came to drop off 5 extra small packages ( led brake light bulbs) the owner tells me 3 max a day. I was confused and asked him why. He explained thats how it goes. I take in many packages a day and if i keep doing that then the fire department will be on his case. I said how will 2 more small packages the size of my palm will make a difference. He just gave me a dirty look and stood there. The young kid also just stood there. I asked him to complete the process and he said no you can leave it'll be done. And i said no you can do it before i leave.. And in any case if your store is capped out with packages then limit the day not the customer coming in. I explained if you only had 10 customers for the day instead of 20 like you had yesterday what does it matter. Again no answer just a dirty look. Then went on about owning this store for 15 years and so on. Personally i don't care. Horrible customer service. Horrible ups representative. Cap the day not the customer. If ppl show up late then say sorry we are maxed out for the day. As per your fire department claim.I will be contacting head office and make sure this situation is dealt with.

This is the first time I used this location and I tried to drop off 4 packages. When I asked why the man working there was extremely condescending and rude and told me I needed to schedule a pickup (when I didn't realize that's clearly the preferred option, my bad..) I asked if he could make an exception this one time because my package was a print the size of a piece of paper and he just stared at me. I just left feeling dumbfounded.

Worst customer service and would only take 3 of my 5 packages because they said they don't have room and are limiting only 3 packages per person!!??? UPS should remove this store from their service.

The consensus in the reviews is that the owner or whoever is a complete grouch. And it could not be more accurate. My wife hates going in there when he’s working cause he’s never in a good mood. The customer service is brutal and I feel like the younger guy is just abused. it’s a very unpleasant experience going in there.

If you're interested in meeting a man who has given up on his business, customer service, and any semblance of what UPS stands for then this is the place for you! I had the misfortune of meeting Dave once and I can tell you it was enough for a lifetime, how you're able to keep your doors open is beyond me! The day your franchise is pulled will be celebrated by the community and I'll bring the cake.

The reviews here are legit laughable. These ups stores get smoked with amazon returns with zero profit from the labour. I do about $3k in shipments from here a month. Dave has helped our business so much and Ryan is by far one of the best overall service managers I’ve ever seen. Appreciate you guys. A lot of entitled grumps on here pfft

Zero stars. We must have dealt with the franchisee because anybody else would be fired for treating people in the community with such disrespect. Should have read the reviews before we went there. What an unhappy miserable little man.

If I could give 0 star. This place is not professional, the person responsible for that store is completely rude every single time we go to drop off UPS packages there and he always says he is not UPS. It seems he is doing a favour to us receiving our parcels. He does harassment always when my husband goes there. UPS should change the location for drop off. I do drop off regularly because I have company and this store won't see my packages anymore. I'll make a formal report to UPS and open a case to take out UPS from that location. That guy may continue just with printing and recharging cartridges....

They only accept 3 packages per customer? Huh?? How are you even in business? I called UPS head office who confirmed this is not a rule of theirs…. I do not recommend this store , they obviously don’t want to do their job. I hope a new owner takes over soon. Disappointing and giving a bad name to UPS.
