Very dissatisfied with my purchase and experience with Pivot. We purchased a sectional on subscription and after minimal use, it has become very uncomfortable, the slats shift all the time and I constantly have to adjust them, the pillows are all misshapen and the fabric is starting to pill. Contacted customer service and sent photos and was advised that because it was purchased under their 'better than new' option, these issues are normal and to be expected. At this point we are moving and don't even want this terrible couch anymore but they are unwilling to waive the return fee because it's 'unfair to other customers', but apparently doing absolutely nothing is totally 'fair' to their customers.I've also found their subscription plan misleading. I was under the belief that the term was 2 years but it is indeed longer than that. When asked to show me exactly in the contract where the term length is, the reply was when the furniture is returned or paid off. I do take responsibility for this as I should have been more diligent but to not be able to show me exactly how long my term is seems ridiculous.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not recommend this company at all. God forbid you get to change your mind. We decided to rent a dining table off Pivot and after finding out the colour wasn’t quite right for our place, we thought we could sleep on it and see in the morning if our minds had changed. Turns out having the table for ONE day incurs returns of $85 + $15 subscription invoice. They refused to waive any fees, instead offering up their Happiness Guarantee (didn’t work for us as we didn’t need any furniture other than the dining table, which they only had in two colour options). I had to get in touch through phone and email multiple times to get an answer. Flexibility and customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company so if you decide to rent with them, be 100%.You’re better off taking your money to other rental furniture places like Plenish.

Absolute worst customer service while speaking to a representative on the phone. When I finally ordered from them the delivery driver was two hours late and damaged my furniture. When I called the office back I was met with the same rude representative and she denied that it had happened. Saying they couldn’t prove it was their drive. Inappropriate conduct and unacceptable behaviour.

We ordered a sectional. It came with incorrect couch cushions. Email with support back and forth. Showed them pictures. They have so far refused to fix it. Told them to come get it after one day. Don't trust these guys. They are dishonest. They can take their mis match couch back. They also took 2 payments before delivering the couch. Crooked.

So far my experience with Pivot is amazing. Their website is beautiful, simple and easy to navigate and find products that you like. Free delivery and installation service is great. I purchased 2x sofas and 3x bed frames for my home. Everything seems to be high quality than what you might get at IKEA or similar places. Most important thing is this is not a subscription service like Netflix where you basically own nothing, instead this is a subscription service where each monthly payment is going towards the furniture that you purchased and you can choose to own that furniture when it’s paid in full. So basically it’s like financing furniture without interest or credit checks.

Worst company ever, tried to order a couch wouldn't except my card. Got my mother In-Law to help get the couch with her credit card they approved then emailed to say it didn't get approved and that they couldn't tell us why

A mixed experience. Support staff are uncaring and unhelpful, needlessly difficult to contact for repairs, and slow to respond to emails. However the couriers/technicians I have dealt with have all been wonderful. The Creighton bed is fine" but fell apart after two years. Repairs to the bed were very expensive and frustrating! As an Airbnb property management company, the furniture has been essential for not only saving our clients money when furnishing their properties but to also have beautiful, stylish & comfortable furniture. Customer service is top notch and the turnaround time is quick. The quality and durability has also been great considering how much use the furniture gets.Highly recommend !

I decided to try Pivot Furniture when I wanted to buy a new couch, but didn't know if it would fit in the room. So I decided to get the couch from Pivot so I could try it out without a full purchase. I loved the couch so now I have kept it for 2 years! Way cheaper than buying a new couch, great quality, and they come in and set it up! Delivery was fast after ordering. I also got a bed frame, too and it is great looking and very sturdy.

What an awesome Buying experience and concept. We ordered the furniture and they scheduled an exact time and had it set up in under an hour, the Courier was friendly and helpful.The couches also looked even better in person and are great quality!Would recommend to anybody
