I worked with her in finding the right home for me and my family (I was SUPER PICKY), she was patient, looked for exactly what we wanted, didn't push any house on us that we werent completely in love with and ended up purchasing our DREAM HOME in Bloomfield Hills:) (She negotiated like hell and got us a fantastic deal too) We honestly couldnt be happier, you MUST work with Mervet if you want things done right, she is ethical, and unlike some other reviews, I had no problem getting in touch with her when I needed to. Had a few deals with thr broker. She is professional and nice. I got my commission check the same day. Didnt like that thry rushed my cleint to close but over all it was good.

Best Realtors in Michigan. Hany had my house sold in two days, and got me what I was asking. Getting a Condo after my house sale, Hany came through for us again.

An agent here tried to get me to give him money im guessing for commission. Then the day of signing the lease he calls and said he was no longer with the company. He also took my credit report and pay stubs. When contacting the company that owned the property, they did not get any papers from him and did not have a lease signing appointment even scheduled. Very fishy agent. Would stay away.

Unprofessional! This office & staff is a mess. The girl in the office dropped an office call twice and Mervet, the broker, was so harsh with her she ran out crying. Very scary place. I left feeling very uncomfortable. Not a business environment I would ever want to be involved with.
