Extremely distasteful experience.I don't know how Honda is shilling out agencies to people like them. The attendant was busy on the phone and could care less about greeting customers.I met their sales rep Balwinder" who was extremely rude. When I said 7.29% seems like a bit much for the rate of interest

My mother purchased a vehicle from the dealership, and after its extended warranty expired, she revisited them to trade in or sell her CRV for a different model. She received a reasonable quote during her last maintenance visit and made an appointment to come in later in the week. The sales associate she spoke to was absent when she got in, so she spoke to another one about the sale. The offer was $1000 less than previously stated, so they escalated it to the sales manager. Not only did he not correct the quoted rate, but he also reduced it further by another $2000, seemingly punitively, with the rationale that they needed to recoup money the service team had spent as part of her extended warranty during the initial sale. Her warranty utilization has no bearing on the resale value of the vehicle.The service side of the dealership has been great, but the sales management team's opportunism and dishonesty will ensure that they never get our business again.

Booked for service and seasonal tire swap and 8 days later , I showed up at the dealership for my appointment @4:00pm, I was told they don't have time to do the tire swap. It's inconvenient and leave it to them for judgment.Ok, after I post this review I got an explanation from the service advisor ( Blair)and apologized for the confusion and I accept it . That was a nice approach. Thanks

Just traded my vehicle and bought a new used car. The experience was super easy. Jeremy was an absolute pleasure to work with, he made the experience fun and answered all questions. I would recommend Kitchener Honda has they go above and beyond for their customers from choosing a car and then ensuring you get the car.

I have to say this was the best new car purchase experience ever. Not much negotiation room these days so I guess that is part of the reason, but everything was processed quickly, easily and accurately. I just asked to skip the gauntlet of extended warranty and corrosion protection and surprisingly they agreed. Awesome!Go talk to Steve K. and I bet you'll get a great buying experience.
