Lil Ly's Nails

I have been going to this specific location for about 6 years. I live outside the city so I have experiences with other nail services and this place always comes out on top! They have the best manicure and pedicure services, the shop is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly, professional and efficient. 100% recommend!

This place is a definite gem!!!! I found it while looking for a new place since the previous nail salon I was going to was beginning to lack quality attention and service. I leave this place with awesome nails, Helen does awesome work l get compliments all the time from my nails. This place is very professional they know me by name. The salon is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Quinnie did an amazing job ! She is extremely talented and diligent and I am super happy with how my nails came out, will definitely be coming back :)(p.s. my friend had Wendy doing her nails and she was so friendly ! both did a great job!)

I have been here once in January and i was not satisfied with the work they have done.Today, i called them to book an appointment and mentioned the feedback that last time I didn’t like the work so please make sure that it’s good this time, instead of taking the feedback, she started talking to me sarcastically, I ignored that even though I didn’t like that tone.I reached to the place on time and started showing all the designs that i shortlisted on the phone, they denied all the designs and answered that they cannot do these, I’ve done the same designs in the past from other places.After that, we agreed do a design that was costing 75-78 $ approx, after finalizing everything the lady told me that now it will cost me 10$ extra dollars to get this done, i refused to accept that offer and asked for sometime to decide the new design.Suddenly the manager popped up with an arrogant tone and rude behaviour and said that we have customers lined up so decide quickly.I didn’t like the behaviour and attitude of the manager.Apart from all this the nails was done good. But the worst experience.

We didn't have an appointment but they got us in 15 minutes later. I went with my gentleman friend and we both loved it. Two stars off for their odd and uncomfortable response to working with my friend. It would be a good idea to encourage male customers, they deserve to enjoy personal care and they have money too!

Every time I go get my nails done it is such a welcoming experience. The staff are awesome, they make you feel right at home. The best part is the deadly arm and hand massage after your glamorous nails are complete!Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Came to this location with a friend after she had a couple good experiences but I wasn’t as lucky. Within three days one of my gel nails popped off since it wasn’t glued down properly. I went back to get it fixed and they did so free of charge which I appreciated. However the quality of the rest of my nails were so bad that I had three pop off within one week as none of them were actually applied properly. Very disappointing after paying $85 for a set I was excited to get

I just got a pedicure spa done. Wow! She did amazing work considering the state of my feet. Pedicure spas include washing, trimming, exfoliation, sugar wraps and a hot wax wrap. The chair massages you and everything was very relaxing. I will come again and probably bring my son. He has pretty scary feet too.

My fiance really liked Ann, she was very helpful and very thorough on the nails!
