Such lack of care for their patron. EVERY and ANY other store would be better. Bad enough they charge membership fees, but the worst was when I pulled up May 30 2023 at 6:30pm watching them lock the door as I park right in front. Sign on the door says they are open until 10pm today. They have 2 employees both need to take a break at the same time. I asked if they can make a quick sale first and was declined and told to wait for half an hour whilst they break". Well that clearly illustrates everything. They want me to wait 30 minutes of my time because they don't want to work 3 more minutes of their time. You have made it VERY clear that this break you both must take TOGETHER is important than my business

The NEW Elite Membership is a complete cash grab and ridiculous. We will easily shop elsewhere that doesn't charge an EXTRA premium to buy their products. You have just lost lifetime customers for a $30 greedy fee. Your competitors should be happy.Good Bye.

I'd leave 0 stars if possible. I came in with someone who lives out of province with obviously a non Alberta license. It's one thing to refuse to serve us because you aren't used to seeing that particular license which is totally fine, but it's another thing to baselessly call us both out for having fake IDs in the middle of your store. One of which was a valid Alberta drivers license. Neither ID was accepted. Didn't even consult her coworker. We felt extremely disrespected and will not be returning.

I was in earlier tonight and David helped me decide on vape cartridges. He was super friendly and helpful and his suggestions were great, I'm enjoying my purchase very much.Overall I've never been disappointed shopping here. Awesome selection and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The sales on glassware alone are worth a trip to Canna because they carry high quality brands but they don't break the bank. I bought a $230 bong for $50 a couple years ago and it's still one of my best pieces.

Pretty disappointed with this location now. A year ago It used to be my go to dispensary but now with staff changes and this god awful Elite membership it's completely changed. A $30 membership fee to be able to purchase an item is absolutely ridiculous. Rest assured I will not be back.

The woman working literally came out to I.D ME in the car outside. I don’t even smoke, apparently it’s a crime to drive my husband to this store and speak to him within eyesight of her.I’ve never encountered such a pathetic power trip in my life; this store needs to work on their customer service.

So I would love to leave a great review because the Stadf is so helpful and Amazing!! But they never have what I want in stock and I've asked and requested and they tell me that they are not allowed to order. I'm pretty sure your gonna lose my business and I'll go elsewhere which is too bad.
