I take the photo for immigration here, they said they know the requirement. But the photo is not qualified. And they refused to refund. If you need to take some important photo, please go to other place. NEVER COME AGAIN.

Zero stars. I’m not referring to this company but I can only speak for the Vaughan location by the UPS. Absolutely disgusting service where there needs to be some accountability for the person working. On Monday the 28th I called to speak to someone to simply confirm two things: 1) Are you open? 2) Do you service “toddlers”. I used the site before calling as I’m pretty savvy. The issue with that is that the site was telling me yes and yes, however when something like this occurred during covid I followed the site and the response was the opposite. So, quite frankly human confirmation is key. After calling the first time and not getting anyone, I decided to call again and press something else on the directory. Looks like it leads to the same person and that may have been the reason for his outburst as I have no explanation for the disgusting attitude. This man came on the line and asked how he can help. I mentioned very softly and calmly that I was trying to navigate the site but want to confirm the hours and if they service babies- if so, are toddlers grouped into that or not... before I could finish my question at all. The man YELLED in a huge outburst “We don’t service babies”. I didn’t hear him the first time so I simply asked him to repeat and he yelled it again and hung up on me straight away. Extremely unprofessional! This person is in customer service and had 2-3 very small questions to answer. This person had no knowledge of what I was going through and how this would have helped me, even IF the answers were no and no if he would have simply calmed down and answered the question. Do we live in a world full of beasts!? Simply Disgusting, why subject yourselves to disrespectful hooligans? If you don’t have to then don’t bother......Go to Digital Photo Lab on Finch Ave and try this man out. He was absolutely awesome and my toddler was done legit 15 seconds after he sat down and the photos were done in 5 minutes. He was also very sweet and nice.

Quick and excellent service

Me and my husband took pr card photos here. And the pics are rejected. The reason is that guy working here stamps both pics and face was not centre. They are not pro at all!!! And they refused to refund. I won't go there anymore.

Beware they charge 30/- for two passport photos. When asked about the website price, they said its not updated.
