Had a great experience with the sales team: Brandon Chand, product advisor and Jastaj Virk, delivery specialist. They helped us with finding the vehicle we wanted. Brandon in sales was honest and knowledgable in the process. Jastaj had our vehicle ready to go for pick up. Great to see that the staff work together and support one another at Open Road Toyota Abbotsford.

Customer service at the parts department is zero. Fix yourself.

We bought a new Sienna from these people and it had a bad transmission. The sales manager (Lyin’ Jack) knew about it and promised us that it would shake itself out. It never did and after repeated visits they put in a new transmission. That one failed too.We asked what we should do, as we were scheduled to go on a cross country trip with the van. They said, but an extended warranty ($2,000+ dollars). We asked what more that would do and were told “nothing, but you’ll have peace of mind.”In the midst of all this, Daryl (the service manager) gave up. He had us waiting for months as Toyota conducted an investigation. I finally called Toyota in Toronto and they said that Daryl had written an email which said that we were happy with the van and that Sunrise had fixed all the problems. This was absurd and we confronted Daryl about it. He denied writing the email, of course. Toyota read the email to us so we knew that Daryl was lying through his teeth. The van and it’s problems never were fixed and we finally dumped it and took our loss.Crooked dealings and big smiles are all this place has going for it. We could have lived with things if Daryl was being honest but all that service department cares about are selling those phoney checkups and oil changes. They are just as crooked as the people upstairs.We recommend staying far away from this place. Those big ol’ grins and hearty handshakes disguise an operation that is more like a small used car lot than a real dealership.

Good scheduling. However when calling about a replacement mirror ( just the mirror not the whole thing) the parts chick didn't know the difference.. she told me it would be only a glass piece which is incorrect. Secondly they did my recalls which was fantastic but they left garbage in my truck and took the plastic part off my e brake and now it won't go back on because it's broken :/ they did wash my truck tho and were very friendly
