Absolutely wonderful experience. They are dog friendly which was a big bonus. The vineyard is adorable and they have lots of seating for enjoying a glass of wine and the restaurant on site is absolutely delicious! The view is incredible!!

KIN VINEYARDS is such a great place to spend a sunny afternoon or a warm evening. The wine is good, pizza is delicious and the staff are friendly. We always enjoy our visits.

While the service staff themselves are perfectly fine, there are a couple of aspects that detract from the overall experience. It's perplexing that when ordering a flight of wine, customers are required to go to the next building, place the order, make the payment, and bring the wine back to their table. This process seems unnecessary and could be improved to provide a more streamlined and seamless experience. Additionally, it's worth noting that all the plates and cutlery are made of disposable paper, including the water cups, which are discarded after every service. This practice appears to be quite wasteful and doesn't quite align with the premium experience one would expect from a vineyard setting.Despite these shortcomings, Kin manages to offer a dining experience that is still enjoyable overall. However, it falls short of reaching its full potential due to the peculiar wine ordering system and the use of disposable tableware. Therefore, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. With some adjustments in these areas, Kin has the potential to elevate its service and deliver an even more remarkable dining experience.

The views are wonderful. Combine the atmosphere with great wine tasting and delicious food and it's a perfect trifecta!An excellent place to have a group event or a romantic outing for 2.

We went two couples together to try the wine and enjoy their food and the experience was fantastic!The food was really good, as appetizers, the word oven roasted olives were a great surprise and we highly recommend you try that!We tried 3 pizzas and the Joe Walsh stood out, especially when paired with the estate Pinot noir.Speaking of the wine, we tried several bottles and their estate wines are definitely on a different level than the other ones. Our 2 favorites were :2019 carp ridge Chardonnay2019 carp ridge Pinot noirAs desserts they have different options, but we only took the cannolis... And it was a great choice!Superbe experience, we will definitely do this again.

Having gone to dozen of wineries in the Niagara and PEC region, I discovered Kin a couple of years ago and have frequented it in the spring & summer season. The wines at Kin are among top 5 for me amongst other wineries in Canada. And then there’s the apps and pizza from the Italian kitchen… delicious apps and one of the best pizzas in Ottawa. Last but not least is the customer services experience. Every staff member is a pleasure to encounter, Travis served us last time and it was and A+ experience. Highly recommend a visit!!!

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful although, I wouldn’t recommend spending money on the wine tasting experience here. Not very generous and it was a basic experience. The tasting is also in the back away from the nice atmosphere. Each person is given a plastic container of food without any consistency in what is given. The tasting experience and tour is marketed as being an hour but the tour was 10 minutes. One of the staff members we spoke to on the phone a couple of times wasn’t very friendly either. If you’re looking for an authentic wine tasting experience, go to Domaine Perrault or one of the other wineries around Ottawa. However, the new restaurant they have, Italian Joes Kitchen looks awesome. If I were to go back it would just be to have a glass of wine on the grounds or eat at Joes to soak up the patio and environment.
