Installed our AC, broke down on first extended use and they keep saying they'll come fix it but they never do. Don't trust these guys, take your business elsewhere.

Best service right time and good technicians

This company installed my air conditioning system for my new construction. 1st unit didn’t look new and didn’t work. They installed another unit ( supposed to be 10 ton unit) but I don’t know it was 10 ton. Since then I have called them numerous times in the last few years, promise but no show. One of the worst company I have dealt with.

Make sure check what you pay for, few years ago I payed for 5 ton ac thay installed 3 ton for me.

This company installed air conditioning in our home a couple years ago. I called them 5x over the last 6 weeks to inquire about maintenance as the unit was making odd noises (spoke to someone 3x and left a voice message 2x). I was told they would call me back for an appointment but no one called. I do not recommend using this company for any of their services. If your project manager or contractor uses this company, tell them you want another company that is reliable and will stand by their work. Avoid Power Cool, they seem to focus on their next new customer. They don’t care about past ones.

They were supposed to replace a unit and mount it on the wall;they mounted the old unit and haven't fixed it since November. Multiple calls, texts and messages unanswered, and seemingly don't care
