Visited the store as seen a recent AD in kijiji that was posted today,Went to the store the price are not same, almost double the price from Kijiji.Was not offered the kjiji price as the person said the price is outdated, where the system is only upto date, and the price is double from kijiji ad.They make you come to the store by false advertisement.

I have been shopping at CH tools for roughly 3 years, they sell tools that are very good value for money and the prices on their house brand tools cannot be beat. The staff is knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I also work in concrete, brick and stone and have found their prices on sds plus and max rotary hammers, coring bits and masonry drill bits to be unbeatable. The quality of their coring bits and masonry bits is well beyond bosch and the prices are set below any competitor that i have found. And I shop around.

Great place to shop for tools...is not the top brand names but the tools are very strong I can say that...as have been using there tools for years...and I have no complain...and the prices are unbeatable...i would say you get more for your money...and it does the same thing the top brands does.

I bought a SDS drill and extra chisel from this location for the fraction of the price at anywhere else. Very happy with my purchase, good quality power tool.They just need to work on little bit of customer service, other than that I'm happy..Thanks

Low prices, and I've never heard of these brands. But, I haven't been able to break any of these tools yet, and their performance is on par with the likes of dewalt, Bosch, kango, and the list goes on. BTW, I especially recommend their red and black work gloves.

Fantastic prices on tools. Don't overlook or underestimate the quality for price. Owner is very friendly.

I don't know about the quality of the products as I haven't tried them yet. What I do know is that most of the products don't have any prices on it, the pricing on the website is not updated and the Kijiji Ad is not accurate. You have to bring products to the front and ask them the price. Its pretty hard to compare between different products. From reading other reviews the products are the lower end stuff from China and they don't really stand behind the products they sell. I suppose if you want a the cheapest product and don't care about quality these are the products you would buy. I decided to try one SDS concrete drill bit but don't expect much from it. My recommendation is spend a bit more and buy Makita/bosch bits, shop around at IHL/ Missisauga Hardware/Amazon and get a good product at a good price.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place posts ads on kijiji offering amazing deals and then when you get there they laugh and tell you it's not in stock. Dont waste your time with these scam artists

Lady in store was nice so I took a chance and purchased a $100 grinder. It lasted 1 and 1/2 days. When I returned to store the guy working would do nothing for me. Princess auto stands behind their products. Lesson learned for trying to shop with the small guy....just not worth it.

Drove out from Markham to see this place. Not much inventory. Went out to get a SDS Max bit. The price was $25 for a pointed chisel. I didn't buy it. I though I saw one for the same price at Markham Industrial. I was expecting to get it for about $15. DIY tools has it for $15. Not very impressed with this place. Most items are not priced. The owner has to tell you how much it is. Very suspicious. He's probably making up the price as he sees who is coming in. Anyways some stuff is great value and some are not. Know your products.
