The product was fine but I was promised that I would be called ahead 30 minutes before delivery - they did not call and which created a real problem as it was being delivered to a retirement home - ended up having to set up the bed ourselvesVery disappointed with Randy's attitude. They did not seem to care as they had a busy delivery schedule I had talked with Randy at 3 different times - assured me no problem the delivery men to call ahead

We just purchased a Mytag washer. The service we recieved was from a time that I miss very much. Made us feel like our bussiness was welcome and they wanted it. Not so common these days. Sales was wonderful and informed. The delivery guys were very polite and professional. I will be back. Thank you everyone at W.L. Peters.

Great Staff. Purchased a queen size bed. Turns out to be the most comfortable bed I ever had. Good quality stuff. Love to shop there. Very friendly staff and fast free delivery as well. If you do not live in Prescott it is worth the drive to go to this store.

We bought a suite of appliances and received excellent service from Randy Peters. He helped us get exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it. Avoided all the Covid supply chain hassles. No bigbox-outlet run-around. And the delivery team was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
