Promised same or slightly higher ticket fees in exchange for no demerits. Was a 2 demerit ticket for unsafe left turn with no prior history in last 5 years.I ended up paying same ticket total plus his $50 dollar fee and he said he couldn't do nothing about the two demerits and sent me in my way.He used to be top notch service years ago but it has fallen dramatically in the last few years.

Very smart people they saved me from my license being suspended for a longer period for a honest mistake on my end. I recommend these people !!!!!

I got ticket national park, cort is in Canmore. I went this place to try reduce the ticket. He show me some list and he told me will be around 40% off and some points off from his experience.I trust him and he even told me if we won i can refound some more money.Ok thanks... ticket is $288, he told me fees and ticket price will be $250. Ok $38 will be off and i do not have to Canmore.I paid that amount.no i got phone call from them and they told me i have to pay ticket so you have to come to pick up ticket... what??I went pick up the ticket. He explane it i reduced price to $233 as i told.. Ok you told me 40% off. its not even 40% off...and Now I have to pay $233.TOTAL $521. What the F....!!!He did not even told me in the front. I even asked last time i have to that it? and he said yes.what a lie,,, its just scam.I understand need to go canmore for it and need to charge it but!!!!He should told me a head.Totally unhappy. I think is good for inside city. he wont charge that.I never ever go back there. and nothing refound nothing appoligeze.He cheated me and get money from me without understanding.I hate ppl who doese these kind business.

we got another charge from the government due to their incompetence. they did not reach out to follow-up on the status of my ticket. please take this as a warning to any future “clients”, i am will to not return even if my life depended on it. please train your staff to reach out more effectively through other means aside from a casual text as serious manners like this should not be carried lightly.

I have been dealing with these wonderful people from over 10 years now .They will fight for you till the end and will save you from the demerits. I strongly recommend these ppl to anyone who is issued a traffic ticket of any kind .

Great customer service by JOHN, he’s humble, cool and very professional. He’s live saver, i got 2 tickets of window tint. But he saved big fine ticket. Thanks john.

MUST READ!Anyone who has gotten a traffic ticket i suggest not to use this business!! It is a waste of your money and they are stealing your money for something you can do yourself. The customer service is horrible and never return your phone calls or let you know the situation of your ticket. The money you pay them vs the money you save on your traffic ticket is virtually 0 savings. If this review helps atleast a couple people from saving their money and the headache I will be happy.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot express how greatful I am to have been referred to Nadeau and his team. This was absolutely, without a doubt, the best choice I could have made in regards to dealing with (an unfairly issued) careless driving ticket. He got my ticket reduced from $402, down to $172. This also would have affected my record as well, as I would have lost 6 demerits - he got it reduced to ZERO demerits....it won't even show up on my record, and my insurance will not be affected. I highly recommend to anyone needing advice in regards to a traffic ticket- go see Nadeau! You won't be disappointed.
