Loblaws Queen Street

Every time I shop at this location I'm amazed by the quality of customer service I receive from this particular Loblaws. Just yesterday I was helped by three young staffers - Arshdeep and Emanual - in the take out section and Niloofar in the deli section. Each one went above and beyond. Arshdeep make me onion rings - they were out - and I didn't have to ask her, she just offered. Niloofar escorted me to from the deli section to another part of the store to help me locate the item I was looking for and Emanual is a the Lenny Kravitz, the Mick Jagger of customer service - a true Rock Star. He's helped me out several times, he's always helpful and I notice how helpful he is with other customers too. I love this particular Loblaws location because of staffers like Arshdeep, Niloofar and Emanual. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful store, with great product variety. The location is easily accessible by streetcars. Located in the heart of downtown.Tip : Head there in the morning time to get fresh foods.

Not my favourite Loblaws, but I still like it. Overall it’s a clean store with a lot of selection. For the most part, staff are friendly, and aisles are laid out in a standard easy to navigate kind of way. There’s also a Joe Fresh below, and a Winners above. Bonus points, this location also sells alcoholic beverages.

Produce is always going bad, if it's not wilted it's molding. Prices are unreasonable at best. The only saving grace is that the people that work here are super nice. If it weren't foe the Starbucks, you'd really have to convince me to set foot in here.

Went to get some flowers for a bouquet. Not sure if it’s a Canadian thing but the florals were very expensive. I was honestly almost in shock. But staff was great and store was clean.

Just moved from the US. This is a cool store and i hit it up everyday pretty much. Most of ur daily needs are always stocked. Starbucks inside (which doesn’t accept online orders)They also have a good variety of cooked food. Sushi is better than some of the supermarket sushi i had in US. Poke bowl stood out to me.

Very large store. Great selection of ready to eat. Lots of grocery choices. My daughter loves looking at all the seafood choices and asks what each one is. We especially like going through the snack aisle to pick out the different snacks to try. The check out area is a little small, so not much room to pack your groceries, so we end up purchasing just what we need or a little bit. Overall, it's a great grocery store.

Convenient location and good hours. Store is very clean and organized plus the staff are polite and helpful. Just be careful when entering the building in the lobby, sometimes there can be an emotionally distressed person there causing a scene.

I am giving low stars to Loblaws at Queen and Portland because they removed all seating here, despite selling store prepared food (where to eat?) and Starbucks (where to drink?) Maple Leaf Gardens Loblaws provides seating for tired shoppers and is a much better shopping experience, so I go there now instead.
