Arrow Appliance Service

I've reached out to arrow appliances numerous times - dishwasher, bath tub, & even general plumbing. These guys know what they are doing - prompt, friendly and cost effective service. If I have a problem, I call arrow because I know the job will get done right.

I called to book an appointment and I was told they'd be right over after the job they were working on was done. No one showed up. I called first thing the next morning and they said we'll be over right after the course is done today. No one showed up. I phoned around 5pm that night to see if they were still coming. They said yes after this job we're working on is done, even though my house was supposed to be the first job after the course was done. No one showed up. I gave up. Don't expect this company to show up. I was told 3 separate times they would come and nothing. Not even a phone call.

Waste of money . Doesn't fix anything, paid him 85$ to tell me to pour vinegar in it when that is clearly not going to fix the broken part. Keep trying to get ahold of him to come back but won't answer his calls or says he will be right over but won't show up.

Shane at Arrow Appliance is AWESOME! I would highly recommend Shane to my friends and family. Shane charges very reasonable prices and is VERY knowledgeable. This business has been in operation for years. We have Arrow Appliance Services repair all our appliances. Shane has repaired our dishwasher, clothing washer and dryer, installed a new fridge for us, and even repaired piping from our bath tub... Shane even helped my husband install a water filter. We call Arrow Appliances for almost everything we have issues with around the house. My husband is handy with excel spreadsheets... not with repairs around the house. Thank goodness for Arrow Appliances. These guys know their stuff and are genuine human beings. 5 / 5 stars HANDS DOWN!
