Great service! Would recommend!Called Dolby with a problem and within hours he had sent Liu.Liu called 20m before arrival to make sure I was available and fixed the issue without problem while letting me know how to troubleshoot it myself. Very knowledgeable.

Many other companies that will give you consistent service and better quality products. My doorbell camera has never worked consistently for over a year. Neither has my second alarm panel. Stay away and call a company that will care

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had security at my office with them for several years, my office got broken into and SEVERAL sensors went off yet they dispatched NO police to my office. Worst security ever. The owner is useless as is their service. Not sure how they call themselves a security company when they don’t do anything.

When it comes to Alarm systems and integration, Dolby and his JTL team are awesome to deal with! There are many companies that just sell you “stuff” for the sake of commissions, then when you need support, they are nowhere to be found. JTL is NOT one of these door to door sales organizations. I have been dealing with them for over 6 years, and do not hesitate in recommend them!!
