How would someone accomplish the task of finding a dream home in the city that is affordable AND a great location in the highly competitive Toronto market, by retaining Michael Kwok as your real estate agent. When I retained his services I gave Michael a laundry list of must haves as well as a few of nice to haves. I have known Mike for awhile as we went to high school together. found out that he has experience with real estate investments which is something my husband andwere interested in.My husband and appreciated the fact that Mike responded almost immediately to our questions, concerns and booked showings in a timely manner.
