Domino's Pizza

The pizza is good. The service was very friendly! :) however my cheese pizza was a little over cooked. Next time I’ll ask for it to be less well done. Thank you.

I used order more often from dominos than now. Their service and quality seems to have deteriorated over time. My orders have got cancelled without notification, delays, incorrect toppings, among others. It also feels their menu hasn't changed at all in a decade.

The worst customer service I ever have in my whole life in Canada. I ordered a pizza thru the app, and I got the email the order's ready, also checked the app shown it is ready to pickup, so I went there but the cashier told me it is not ready, I thought it is in the oven but they did not even make my order and did not explain the situation just ignored me, I stood up for 5minutes and asked her what is going on, how long should I wait for? and then she starts make my pizza, I asked her to call the manager, and the manager came to me and shouted out it is not their fault. I was shocked, I never seen the manager did not say sorry about this issue first. However, I waited for a pizza and paid a full amount of course. They should be educated first how to do the customer service before working a big franchise.

Update:The food and service has improved a lot.Thanks for listening to the customer.Extra cheese, ham, pineapple, chicken with tomato sauce. That’s five toppings. Does my pizza look like five toppings?That was the driest pizza I have ever had and they would not help me out to replace it even though I commented on it when I picked the pizza up that it looked really dry. It was also light as a feather.I have been ordering from several Domino’s on a regular basis over the years.

Requested a well-done pizza and received uncooked dough that was barely warm inside. When I called, the manager offered to give me 50% of my next pizza. All pizzas are currently 50% off. I’ve never had issues at other Dominos pizza but he was extremely rude, unhelpful, and told me to proceed to call head office. I do not recommend this location. You’re better off ordering Pizzaiolo on Toronto street.

I ordered 10 pizzas on Pie day around 11:20am via the app. The app said it would arrive in 22-33 minutes.No updates at all on the app, it wasn't moving.I called the store at noon to find out the status, only then was told that they haven't started and it would be another 45 minutes...All this time, no update on the app.I called them again at 12:50pm, only then I was informed that the pizzas are ready but they don't have a driver...The pizzas didn't arrive until 1:15pm.I had dozens of hungry people waiting with no updates on their app or any updates from the store.Just a poor experience...

I’ve been to this location about 10 times now. Every time the food has been perfectly cooked & extremely fresh tasting. They also seem very organized & efficient. My only issue would be once I ordered delivery (all the other orders were pick up) & they made me come down to meet them/wouldn’t come up to deliver as other delivery options/services do. Overall it’s great to have a good reasonable priced pizza store in the area. Thanks for the continued hard work.

Incredibly rude customer service. I called to complain about the quality of pizza I received and the man on the phone said that he checked the pizza before it came out and there was absolutely nothing wrong with what they had sent and that they would do nothing about the pizza. He then proceeded to hang up on me. If this is your domino's, find another one. I will never order from this one again. The sheer arrogance is astounding. If I could give this dump a zero, I would.

I was staying at a hotel. The website asked for my room number. I was tracking the order and suddenly it said delivered. I called them and they said that they couldn’t get hold of my on my phone. There are hotel people standing outside with a phone and they said they receive many good deliveries but the driver never even came to the hotel.Eventually I met him downstairs. The pizza was over cooked and all brown on the top.I normally love domino’s but in this case was very disappointed
