Never had worse customer service in my life. AS SOON as I walked in the first thing the lady did is judge me on my choice of phone that I was looking to buy. If You dont know the situation I am in or the reason I made that choice you have no rite to ridicule me. the conversation there after she was not even the slightest bit interested in selling me a phone or a plan. I broke my phone and needed help and she wouldnt lift a finger to even try.Do not go to this store it you want need or hope to get a helpful teller.

Horrible experience the minute I entered the store. The man there was super rude and ultimately led me to signing a new contract with telus. I was lied to and felt completely disrespected. Disappointed because I was a rogers client for 30 years.
