I had a great experience with Ruby. I have never been to this kind of store in Hamilton and what I really liked about Ruby's approach was: 1. She did not try to oversell me - and she even advised me not to buy a combined vitamin supplement - all related to save me money and maximize the impact of the supplements. 2. She explained things to me about certain interactions with certain supplements that I had no idea about. 3. She gave me a home remedy approach for an alternative to an essential oil I was looking for - with ingredients I already had at home - so no sale for her. And 1 4. She was lovely and sensitive to my needs and never pushy. This is my favorite store of its kind - because of Ruby - and I will always come here first to learn from Ruby about what I should learn about assisting my health. Sadly, I'm kind of just passing through town but when I return I will want to see what Ruby and her store have to offer. Sorry, I can't comment on pricing because I have no idea. But I can certainly say, from my perspective, I got MORE then my money's worth in insight from Ruby.

I was very impressed at Barry,s store...As a Manager of two companies myself, I can tell you that Barry runs a tight ship, organized, neat and tidy and very informative on the products that you are inquiring about.But the big seller for me was that he has very reasonable prices on his products, my first visit at his store I saved almost $10.00!!..wow!I strongly recommend that you visit Barry for all your natural goodies, you will not be disappointed....hats off to you Barry...good job.

One of the best places i have ever visited , though its a small store but very competitive pricing and all great brands under one roof , they have subtle proteins and workout gym brands aswell with them.Highly Recommended in hamilton

Such a special place with an informative staff. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for vitamins, supplements, or any other health food requirements.

The store is horrible since Barry left. The staff can't even answer the simplest questions about products. Half the stock in the store is outdated. The owner, Ruby is extremely rude and the prices are higher than anybody else.This used to be the best health food store in Hamilton and now its the worst. My advice: Go anywhere except BJ Nutrition.AliciaAlicia
