If you have an opportunity to do a workshop with Julia - take it! You will be treated to a relaxed creative atmosphere, just the right amount and level of instruction and you will go home with some beautiful fabric!

What an amazing experience it was to learn from Julia and learn the art of eco-dyeing. I learned so much from her. She was kind, patient, friendly, and very welcoming. I will be definitely taking other workshops she has in the future.

This was the most fun I have had at a workshop—ever! Julia is creative and knowledgeable about her craft and shares it easily. She created a warm and inviting place to spend the day unlocking secrets of the plants around us (mostly native!). Thanks so much Julia!

Spent a wonderful day with friends, creating beautiful, eco printed textiles with Julia. She is a natural teacher, explaining everything well and ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and nurtured. It was fun to see everyone's results and I could see this process being a bit addicting! I already pay attention to leaves and flowers in nature, but now there is an added layer of intrigue. Highly recommend a workshop with Julia!!

Julia is an extremely talented artist and effective business woman.I first saw her baskets at Alton Mill. They weren't quite what I had in mind. I contacted her by email. Her response was quick, her communication clear. The end result - two perfect baskets made to my specs delivered to my door in a span of three weeks.She is a star. I heartily recommend!!

i had such a great time at julia's workshop. she really is knowledgeable about the processes, chemicals and other important details. her relaxed personality makes it easy and comfortable to ask questions, make comments and just spend the day together. i had never done any kind of fabric dyeing before, but that didn't matter! i will highly recommend julia's workshops and products to everyone i know!THANK YOU JULIA!xoxo
