Elegant Pro-Nails

I have been going to Elegant Pro-Nails for 3 years now. It is the highlight of my month going to get my nails done here! They do excellent work and are so friendly! Its such a welcoming place with truly amazing people! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done!

The employees are very nice. But that’s pretty much it. I went in for a simple fill and was rushed right out as the place got busy. My nails were all shapes and sizes and it looked like a 12 year old painted them. They weren’t smooth either and very uneven. I still had to pay over $60 for this botched set and had to spend another $50 at another salon getting them fixed properly. It was my first time going here and my last time.

The team at Elegant Pro-Nails do beautiful nails for an affordable price! I definitely would recommend checking out their offered services!

I went with my daughter, daughter-in-law, 2 grandaughters for manicure and pedicures.My daughter-in-law requested regular nail polish on her toes and got shellac instead. My 2 granddaughters polish on their toes came off before the end of the day and their polish on their fingernails started chipping the next day. My daughter's shellac on her fingernails started chipping two days later. My toenails started chipping two days later. For $400 I waa not impressed. The staff was very friendly though.

I have been going to get my nails done here for a long time..and have NEVER encountered anything like this complaint by Kristen Longer.My friends and myself have never been rushed , treated poorly, or been neglected.The artistic works done by the owner Van is excellent. That is the reason that he has so many satisfied clientsIt seems to me, Kristen, that while getting your nails done that you did not explain yourself clearly or pay attention.. Also during the procedure it was never mentioned that it was not what you wanted..It was your responsibility to speak up and correct the problem right away...you did not bother to do that...therefore is was not the fault of the business or the owner...but yours.With myself and other clients time there, one could see that what you are describing is not in any way their type of demeanor.I will continue to stand behind them 100 percent expertise and knowledge of their business..and always will....

Had my nails done on Saturday they were done horribly, very messy no straight lines and it's now Tuesday and they're coming apart.

very quick to get in, very friendly. All my acrylic nails were different shapes and lengths, very poor job as they were all very thick aswell. Didn’t do anything even similar to what i asked for. So don’t be afraid to speak up and tell them to do what you want done, as a very anxious person this is hard for me. Terrible nails, very friendly people though!

I moved here for 3 weeks and need a new nail salon and thought I’d try this place! Very friendly people, great prices, and very homey feeling in the business! I got a green acrylic set done and the man asked if I wanted a design and I told him feel free to do what he’d like, it’s not the most perfect set. But for the price you’re paying I think it’s fair, I think if you had an idea in mind and communicated that it showed a picture you’d get better results. In my case I did tell him to do what he pleases so it’s on me for not like the nails, but they are still very good!

I was travelling through North Bay, stayed overnight and the next morning picked the closest salon to my hotel. Could of been a disaster but it's the exact opposite that happened, my new set of acrylics look amazing 4 weeks after! I was serviced by the owner and he was very professional and personable. It was very sweet to see him interact with his daughter - she's a nail tech also - so cool to witness such a nurturing bond between those two. On that note, Happy Father's Day Van!
