Hands down the best Hot yoga studio with wonderful teachers, and a variety of classes.Love the energy and Love the staff!

Infortunatly not the best experience , it so much noizy ! and croweded!people are talking so much loud'ewen during the yoga classes droping there bottle talking mouving ,OMG i went many times to try diffèrent courses but definitly it s s not a YOGA STUDIO ! decoration wery nice ,ewerywer posters with silent mode but it s just the posters ...... seems that nobody didn t respect it ....in the Watling room ppl are talking like they are at the bistro or mall ,seriosly NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE.

I love this yoga studio. I love the instructors and the people that works there. The entire place is impeccable and the vibe is so positive. ❤️

The hot yoga classes are very relaxing, and the space is beautifully decorated. Lori from the front desk is the sweetest and most helpful! :) Great experience!

Love this Idolem hot yoga. I've tried other in and near Montreal...so far this one is the one that has a very good vibe I just love.The classes start on time and finish on time;The classes are crowded in the evening but stickers on the floor show exactly where we can place our mat;The room is always cleaned between classes;There is ambiance music during practice that is not too loud;There is always a nice sent in the air not too strong just enough to get you in a right practice mood;Love the cold towel with eucalyptus sent they put on the forehead after a hot yoga practice;Love they have free tea and lemon water in the relaxing waiting room/lounge before classes;The teachers are super so far love themHighly suggest this place.

The best yoga studio!! staff is amazing always with a smile on their face and making you feel welcomed! the studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing definitely worth it

Was so excited that I found my place to de stress twice a week. I was almost ready to commit to a year when I showed up 5 minutes after my class started and was told that my prepaid spot that was purchased almost a week before was given to someone else who didn’t pay in advance. Then after this the situation was justified with the fact that the business is losing revenue if they didn’t give my spot away. I would like to understand how this makes sense? I understand the importance of showing up on time but I don’t know if I will return to a establishment that will give away my spot after 3 minutes of not showing up. I’m happy I waited a bit before committing to see how the business operates. My dollar and time matters!
