Do not go with this company. I had ordered a Mini Ex a week and a half in advance to be sure I had it to site when I needed it. Instead they brought me a Skid steer.I am not sure who the girl is answering the phones there but she basically called me a liar and said that was what I ordered. I have been in construction for 30 years I think I know what I ordered. When I placed the order I explained on the phone what I needed it for. Then, when I asked for a refund, she still had to mention that she would refund me for my skid steer." Never even got an apology for her mistake.Then they would not help me. Basically to bad for you. I had to shovel 10 yards of gravel by hand and I never got the hole dug for a new outhouse that I desperately need. Hard to dig a hole with a skid steer isn't it? I wasted a weeks holidays because of this unreliable company."

Top notch even if the counter staff is a little slow they will definitely help you out. Equipment deliveryman are awesome.

Rented equipment from Sunbelt through Chad. He made sure everything went smoothly, and that we had the proper equipment for the job.. They are an amazing company to deal with. Thank you Chad.

Had a written quote from their outside sales rep Jeff Gibbons for a 60 foot man lift.Went in the the office to book the lift and was informed they would not honour the quote.I then complained to their head office and assured the sales rep would get back to me.He never did!!!

This post is regarding your poor choice of drivers that drop equipment. Your driver parked in the middle of the road blocking all traffic on St. Paul street in Belleville this morning, for his convenience. Clearly there was no concern for the public, people trying to get to work, or buses trying to do their routes. 8-10 mins of the road blocked. This is very poor judgement on his part. He could have pulled off just up ahead a bit to leave some room, but clearly he was lazy and didn't want to lug the piece of equipment that little bit further.

Called Bellville location 15 minutes before the store closed was put on hold until they closed! Answering service was from down south in the states. She was very nice but she said the store wasn't Answering their phone. Must of closed early. So that is why Battlefield or United rentals is the place to go. Not very professional.

Great guys to deal with. Had the type of pump I needed that day.
