Called tnext June 5. Modem arrived June 6. Technician arrived June 7.Today is July 10. Internet and wifi working perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased.

We've been on TNEXT cable Internet for the past several years. Service has been excellent and the odd occasions I've had to call for support my call was answered quickly and the issues resolved to my satisfaction. We are running three VoIP phones on our connection and are heavy users of streaming services. The connection is rock solid and there are no hiccups.

Excellent service.Speed is good as promised at the time sale. I had minor issues. I called the support line and they were able to fix it right away. A few days after I had a follow up call to make sure everything is working fine. I am very impressed by the professionalism they have.

I wanted to use this service as it’s a cheaper alternative…however, we could never get the internet service to work properly it kept cutting out so we were quick to cut the service and company apologized said I will not be charged for the service since I couldn’t receive any. I have multiple emails stating this and their phone calls are recorded where it states this. However they did not keep their word. They continued to charge me for the service I did not receive, plus extra months even after canceling even though I had no service or contract with them. Then they illegally sent this made up billing amount to a collections agency. I now have had to contact a lawyer to dispute. Please don’t waste your time or your money on this scam.
