Our kids were getting random rashes from baths and my wife was complaining about how her stomach wasn't feeling right.Julie came to visit me and showed me what my family was drinking. I was shocked by how bad our water was.So, we went with Julie’s recommendation.Weeks later the rashes are gone and my wife feels better. I feel cleaner getting out of the shower. Our kettle is clear again, our dish rack doesn't have white film anymore, our clothes smell fresher. I've never had better coffee!! What a huge difference for the whole family!!Thank you, Julie, for your visit and for showing us how something as simple as fixing the water in our house can change our lives!!We are very grateful!!

A couple weeks ago I had Reliance and Culligan come in during the same week to hear about their products, and wow - Julie made our choice to go with Culligan a no brainer. Thank you for educating me on every product that was available for our needs! Julie doesn't push, she purely educates and makes you comfortable with whatever decision you select. When I first met with Reliance and I told them I didn't want to add all of the bells and whistles that we didn't need, they pushed and pushed for me to upgrade - making it a not-so-great experience. However, with Julie, I immediately told her that we're looking for a middle-of-the-pack water softener that will do the job correctly, but not cost a fortune - and not once did she push for us to go outside of our means. Also, Julie literally has the best response time. I'm so happy with our experience.

Need to know of a local place to get reliable water test/lab results/ equiptment recommendations that get dealt with on a regular day basis.When samples are dropped off and nobody follows up,what other option does one have to do? Drive to kw or Cambridge ?Not sure why I couldn't just get help in the first place.When one needs help it would be amazing to speak to someone in the store that's not also waiting for the owner to return ?????????? And has no idea when?????? And when they come back they don't follow up/thru !!

I've recently started getting water at this location as I'm new to the area. My third time in there today. I have 5 bottles to fill up and just to not I'm a middle age woman myself. After cleaning and filling all 5 bottles I asked the lady behind the desk if she had a cart I could take them out on, she simply replied there's one over there you can use and she pointed. Yes, there was one cart sitting in front of the water softener salt with 2 bags of softener salt sitting on it. She did not offer to take off or help me take off the bags of salt sitting on it nor has anyone at this location ever helped me take out my bottles to my car (I always have 5 or 6) even prior to Covid-19 no one has offered to help. I was frustrated this lady offered me cart on the condition I can now remove those bags of salt.... my bottles of water are lighter than the bags of salt. Not happy about that service. I get this is a small location but really some EMPTY carts for customers to use would be helpful. I probably won't bother to go back to this location now.

Julie was an excellent sales person. We were well informed by ourvisit with her. My husband does not make quick decisions. With her help and knowledge we felt like it was the right thing to do". Now we are looking forward to our "New Water system" and the healthy benefits"

24 hour machine eats your money… owner was extremely rude when it was brought up. Not worth taking a day off work to make it during their hours, as they frequently close during the day as well. If you’re lucky enough to get the machine to take your money, maybe bring your own lid..not impressed. Will drive into Waterloo to avoid this place from now on.
