My son had to use the washroom and came back out as quickly as he went in, stating he would not use their bathroom because of the state that it was in. Can't speak to the food or service during that visit.

Used drive through. Odd and tight entrance and exit, not for anyone with camping trailer, towing something. Part of plaza but quick service and good food.

Food was overcooked, bun was burnt. Garbages in restaurants were overflowing, bathroom was filthy. When I asked the waitress if she could wash off the dirty tables, she heavily sprayed with a disinfectant and wiped it once leaving it soaking wet whilecaskingbme ifvthat was good enough. I then asked her if she had something I could dry it with, and she stormed over to the front counter to get a cloth to dry it.This is one of the eorst experiences I have ever had and this was 8pm on a week night, not rush hour time. I did not expect this in a Port Perry McDonald's. Never will I return nor do I suggest anyone else either

Order completely wrong. They tried to remake the coffee seal times, tastes awful smells of mildew, machine likely needs to be cleaned oit heavily.Out of 2 combos the only correct food item was the fries.....

Terrible atmosphere. You sit with your family for a nice lunch and listen to the way the staff speak to each other. Disgusting behavior. Heard very loudly one staff member say to another ITS RIGHT THERE

After waiting more than 15 minutes with a toddler for a simple order (nuggets and fish sandwich), and seeing several others who came after us getting their food, we received a nasty brush off from the manager when we ask what is going on with our order. Apparently, our order was forgotten about and the workers did their best to help. We observed at 2 other customers having issues as well. Hopefully someone will talk to the manager about how to properly talk to unhappy customers and get things under control.Big fan of McDonald's and not coming back to location again!

Love this location, the staff are very friendly. Only has 3 stars cause the ice tastes like port Perry tap water which tastes like sulphur. Maybe check the water
