Dr. Victoria Chan is the most irresponsible doctor I have ever encountered in my life. The result of my test was sent to her more than three months ago and they set a telephone conversation three times! Every time I was waiting for her call for more than 3-4 hours!!but she never called.Her office did not call me to set another appointment, ,! I had to call them several times and leave messages until they finally would return my calls. I asked them to send the result of my test to me or my family doctor but she didn't care about this either.!! I am so frustrated with this unprofessional doctor!!

Stay away. Don't not ask for referrals to this place. You will wait a longtime for results. I have severe sleep apnea and they don't care. I been hospitalized several times with Afib. And the sleep apnea is the cause. Ive asked for sooner appointment and they refuse to even consider instead they delay it even further. And my Condition is life threating. Most cardiologists In Sunny Brook Hospital are sending messages to My family doctor not to recommend this place again. Therefore please consider every other place before this one. They get 1 star because I can't give a lower rating.

The most unprofessional doctor, and I haven't even spoken directly to her! only her incompetent receptionist, who can't even do her own job properly. I had to wait over two months for a phone consultation with the doctor. when the day finally rolled around, not only was I not called for my appointment time, which I had taken time off work for, but I was called the DAY AFTER, and when I pointed this out all the receptionist could tell me was oh

I would give no stars if possible. My husband waited months for his appointment. Took the afternoon off work to come up from downtown. Arrived on time and the door was locked. He called the number and the inept woman who answered the phone told him the doctor was.NOT EVEN THERE!! She told him that he must have made a mistake. He did not. Then she said it was supposed to be by phone. When he pointed out that if she’s not in she wouldn’t be making a phone call not to mention she can’t listen to his lungs over the phone she then said she was “only temporary and didn’t know what was going on”. Astounding!

This doctor is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She goes beyond what is required. She has made a huge difference in the treatment of my dad. I thank God that he was lucky to have her as his doctor

Most unprofessional doctor I’ve encountered. Their time is supposedly precious but not yours.Waited for a long time for an appointment and got there and the door was locked. The receptionist said doctor was not available that day (why made and confirmed the appointment then?)Changed the date for phone consultation months later, I took time off and waited but nobody called. Called the office many times but no one answered the phone. They even confirmed my phone consultation with text message, and once again ignored it!What kind of doctor is this!?

Most unprofessional clinic ive ever dealt with. My appointment was yesterday and once again they called today. This is the second time now so its clearly not a mistake" as reception likes to say everytime. They have also done the same to someone else i know so again this isn't just a one or 2 time mistake. I recommend taking your healthcare anywhere else. Ive never encountered a Doctors office who cares so little about their patients..."

Disgusting! The secretary is worst. Not intend to call n inform the patient about appointment and don’t receive the call, places the appointment 2 months after. What a pity. I would give them a negative review.
