The UPS Store

Horrible shipping company. I ordered a top end kit for a quad, they wanted $154 over the $60 shipping I already paid. Will never use UPS again.

I had a great experience at this store. I took the time to read some of these reviews. It's unfortunate the few reviews on here brought down this locations rating. It should be way higher then what it is. The man who works there is quite friendly and knowledgeable all things UPS.

Absolutely incompetent! Returned a package to the sender without contacting or attempting Delivery to us. I needed the order and have missed the deadline. Thanks so much for your horrible service!

This store is actually only open till 5:30 pm and not 6 pm. I suggest editing this as soon as possible

The guy who works here is super helpful. I always show up 5 days before Christmas trying to send my parents their present and he always helps me get it there on time. We joke about the fact that next year I'll send it sooner so it costs me less we both laugh and then next year I show up 5 days before Christmas and we go it all over again hahaha. Oh well it's good for a pre Christmas tradition I suppose.

Hours were wrong. Wasted lots of time driving to a closed store.

This a great store. Before posting my own opinion I decided to read through some of the past reviews on this store.One reviewer joked about an employee on his computer saying the stores closed temporarily.The back computer is where said employee checks the internet access. Without internet one cannot ship or use the interac machine so unless a customer drops off a package with a prepaid label there is nothing that can be done.Another reviewer was upset about dropoff receipts. This is ridiculous! If not busy I have seen customers been given such paper receipts however they are in fact useless as the moment these packages are scanned in they are registered on the internet as dropoffs. A receipt IS a waste of time for dropoff packages. If other stores do it it is just to humour the customers but they are in fact useless.The other review mentioned their package was returned to the shipper.I have personally sent packages to that specific store. Their policy is to return a package after 2 weeks. However, this store will keep the package for up to a month before sending it back. If there is a number on the package they will call it more than once. Sometimes the phone numbers aren't correct (the shippers is in its place or there may not be a number on it at all) when this is the case they are supposed to send it back as there is no way to contact the receiver. However, this store holds onto the package and even go a step further by trying to match up the receiver name and address by finding them online or in the yellow pages. If a package was returned the customer was either instructed that there was no phone number or they did not come in the right amount of time when they phoned or came into the store.To leave a review like that one was pretty ignorant on their part considering the extra length of time that store holds onto packages.This store is a staple in our community. It's unfortunate that any negative reviews the were left here have nothing to do with the employees or store performance itself.Keep up the excellent work Steinbach UPS!The staff is friendly and helpful every time I have been there.

Friendly and helpful. And fast! Quoted a price, but when I shipped it cost only 20$ instead of 30. Warned me there could be delays due to the busier than normal season. Went from Steinbach to Toronto area in only 24 hours. Will use them again.
