From the last 2 months I was looking for a Hybrid vehicle, however to my surprise, wherever I went, the wait time was more than a year and sometimes 2-3 years for a new car which is ridiculous. Further, price for used cars are much higher than the new ones, again crazy. But finally, I got my car within a week from Finch Hyundai and a hybrid one which I wanted and this all happened because of 2 people there. First, the Finance manager - Clint, who not only showed me the vehicle but also helped me during the whole process of getting my car from start to finish ensuring that there isn't any delay which is a commendable. I really thank him for that. But before the introduction with the manager, it was Ashley, who with her beautiful smile and dedicated nature of work, helped me in arranging/getting everything sorted out for me to take the delivery within such short span of time. A Big thanks to her :)During this whole process, it didn't feel like I'm only getting a car. In fact, they made me feel like a valued person to them and not just a customer. They all were very friendly. I look forward to getting more cars in future from them. Once again, thankyou for all your support and help for my 1st vehicle :)

He was very easy to talk to about what we wanted and we are extremely happy with the service we received from him and Finch. Well?! I had a terrible opinion of Finch from past experiences....swore to never go back! If it wasn't for Clint, I never would have seen the amazing improvements ! He really got things done...he gave me back some confidence...so, our car was brought there. They came through! And now I find out that even the service manager is way more friendly and professional ! If you had a bad experience, I'd give them another chance.Thanks again for helping us out when needed. Excellent experience from beginning to end! Matt and Bassel were great salespeople - they did not push additional costs or sway my decision in any way. I picked up my 2022 Hyundai Venue Ultimate in Galactic Grey 1 week ago and it has been great so far! I would love to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle right now! I was planning to factory order my Venue, and with the delays it was expected in the new year (3-4 month wait) - 2 weeks later, I was notified that my Venue was at the dealership and getting detailed for me. They found a Venue that I was looking for elsewhere in Ontario and had it ready for me promptly - I was very grateful for this because I was looking forward to having my new Venue for the start of winter and I am happy to say that it is driving beautifully! Wonderful group of folks with great attitudes, just looking to get you into a new car of your choosing - definitely check them out if you get the chance! 5 stars!
