Excellent service!I don't usually use travel agencies, but I got overwhelmed with all the flight/hotel options online and decided to give it a try.Janet found the perfect trip for us within minutes! I described to her what type of travel I was looking for, my budget, my dietary restrictions, preferred activities, etc. and she immediately showed me a few very appealing options. She booked our flights, hotel accommodations and transfer from and to the airport.She followed up a few times leading to the vacation and was always available to answer any questions we had.Jameson was also extremely helpful, as Janet wasn't in the office one day and I needed assistance.Would use again in the future and I have already highly recommended their services to my friends and family.

I recently worked with Micky Zed on a trip for my wife and me to Morocco. Micky's professionalism and dedicated service exceeded all expectations and we had an fantastic experience. She shopped for the best flights and gave us options prioritizing flight times, layovers and cost. She implemented all details of the trip so it was seamless end-to-end, from the moment we stepped off the plane in Casablanca to our arrival back home in Toronto. My best gal pal and I decided last minute to take an all inclusive trip somewhere in the Caribbean and decided to go to The Flight Centre at Yonge and King for some guidance and options. Ana Velkovski helped me make my travel plans to go to 2 islands in Hawaii and make a stop in California before returning to Toronto.trying to do it by myself was so confusing and worrisome, with no knowing where one might need to change terminals, etc. Ana got back to me in minutes with options. She was professional, patient when I changed all my dates part way into our planning and fabulous getting my husband and I incredible fares. I booked air myself before and missed connections because I didn’t know the airport layouts in foreign cities and really value an experienced travel agent who knows or can find out where you need certain time between stop overs.I felt very secure putting all our needs in Ana’s capable hands. We highly recommend Ana for any travellers flying to one destination or several!

Although my girl already wrote a review, this place really deserves another 5 star rating, no doubt. We came in today wanting to book a multiple-flight for our Asia trip. Note that we walked in completely clueless, and the only thing we absolutely knew for sure were the dates and destinations we wanted to book. Ryan Bond (agent) gave us a better understanding on what to expect and how to properly plan. He was also able to find a flight package (5 destinations) far below our budget. Could not have been more happy with Ryan's phenomenal service and expertise.
