Terrible selection and lots of empty shelves. I looked on the website and it said this store had the items in stock but it did not so ended up being a wate of my time. You would be better off ordering online and have it delivered or pickup in store.

Tried to call them for about 30 minutes this morning. After waiting an extended period for them to pick up, they immediately put you on hold without saying a word then drop the call. This happened three times!This is not the first time I've had issues with contacting this location. About a year ago I did a curbside pickup order where I waited for 30 mins trying to get through, only to be told they don't have time to answer phones.Clearly something is wrong with their staffing if they don't have the capacity to answer phones. It's not hard to pick up a call and say I'll be with you in a minute then return to call when you are finished with the current customer.

Earlier today I had a tire puncture and urgently needed to get this repaired. I called my own mechanic who could not accommodate me. My wife recommended we go over to Canadian Tire at Eglington and Caledonia.Kemon was the service advisor who handled my situation. He has some of the best customer service skills I have encountered in a very long time. He was patient and professional and recommended a couple of options to help rectify my tire issue.Thank you Kemon, great work.

Cheap Merchandise. And by Cheap I mean low Quality at an Affordable Price.Goodluck finding help when you need it.There's never an employee around when you need one and they have little to no knowledge about the Products in the Store.

Terrible customer service - products are routinely placed with either wrong stickers or sales tags. Cashier told me to get the sale price, waited in line again (cause only two cashiers) - only to be told, it’s the wrong tag. It wasn’t just one tag in the area, none of the tags matched the displayed items.Choose another store.

West Side Mall has changed a lot since the '80s but happy to have it part of this plaza. Friendly cashiers and always helpful when I am searching for product. Happy New Year! Update in Summer 2021

There was an employee named Thiago that we asked for help because we wanted to buy a swing chair for the patio and we understand that it isn’t the season, but he was very rude saying he didn’t want to go look for it because it would be in the back under a bunch of stuff and it would be a waste of his time to go look for it. I’ve worked in customer service and I understand sometimes not wanting to do something but to blatantly tell us that him getting us something we want is a waste of time I find that very disrespectful

Store, restaurants ect that are Not private owned must put prices that are relevant to the neighborhood. This Canadian Tire is the most affordable one , economic that we've visited. Check it out!

These 5 stars are ONLY for 2 workers that provided by far the best and most dedicated customer service I've had at a Canadian TireAshitha and RonaldoThe customer service I received from them was excellent and very dedicated and helpful. I will certainly come back to this location. Ashitha and Ronaldo's service makes this Canadian Tire better than other Canadian Tires, overall; I would choose Canadian Tire over other companies because of their customer service.
