I would just like to say that I have never had such amazing customer service!!! They did this alteration so quick for me when I was turned away for 2 other locationsGod bless them thank you!

Just picked up a custom tailored order on a pair of trousers. Yumi is fantastic. Remember her name. I call ahead to ask when she’ll be available, She’s courteous and definitely skilled in alterations. The gentleman on the phone is well-spoken and professional.

Picked up a dress for a wedding and the dress was NOT HEMMED. The service was not rushed, I told them to take their time with it. It looked like they just grabbed scissors and cut it. I called in to discuss the issue and the lady was NOT helpful at all. I had to pay AGAIN at a different location because at this point I wasn't able to make it to them. Not only was the dress not hemmed, it was not steamed either. Nor was I even offered the option (I was unaware this wasn't part of the service). Now they have given me the run arounds of bringing the dress back to them to confirm the style of dress and see if I can get my refund for the SAME WORK I PAID TWICE FOR. Ridiculous. Definitely not recommended for the way they handled the situation.

My daughter used this business to have her prom outfit hemed they did a great job. But when she pickled it up the lady on the phone was rude. Then when we got there to pick it up she dropped someone's else's dress

It was my graduation day and I needed some pants hemmed very quickly like within an hour (bought them yesterday!), and they accommodated me! Thank you Helen! I will remember you and I will be a returning customer!
