We bought a massage chair yesterday and we are beyond thrilled with it. The price and service was amazing! Even being so kind to our kids to keep them busy colouring while we were able to focus on shopping. Highly recommend! We had a few minor assembly questions and they were very kind to take the time to help us! The chair is everything I hoped to get!! Thanks again!

They go above and beyond to help the customer. They didn't like how much it was going to cost to ship to Cold Lake so we arranged a meet up in Edmonton. It was dropped off at a family member's home and when I arrived, the family helped me load it all up for the drive home. Great people, wish there were more like them.

The best experience I have ever had buying an appliance, and probably will ever have, so I'm guaranteed to come back. A lot of things to feel good about-- supporting a local business, getting an amazing deal for a basically perfect appliance, and preventing a working appliance with a scratch or dent from going into a landfill.We had two used washers break in the span of a year, but I was hesitant to buy from a big box store. We called Mike, went over 15 minute later, and walked out with a high tech washer with a 1 year warranty for the price of the most basic model at any other store. He ran the washer for us so we knew it was good to go, all that was 'wrong' was a minor denting, which doesn't matter to us.Super great experience!!!!

Was unable to come to the store in person and everything was done over the phone. Washer and dryer were researched online and pictures were sent of what was in-stock. Order was placed on a Saturday and arrived to our house on Monday mid day. Washer and dryer arrived exactly as described on the phone and how they looked in the pictures.The price of both the washer and dryer were hard to pass up and were very competitive to other stores in the area. We purchased the extended warranty and the price on that was great as well.Overall we couldn't be happier with our experience and it's great to have this store in Airdrie. Will be going back next time we have to purchase new appliances.

Amazing customer service. When we mentioned our fridge was broken they managed to not only help us pick out something amazing but also had it delivered within an hour. Now that’s service! We are so happy with our new fridge.

What a fun and easy experience! I bought a new washer and dryer and have never made a big purchase like this before. Not only did they offer a product I never thought I would find (reversible washer door), their prices were so reasonable I was able to get the full warranty and still come in just under my budget.Highly recommend!

Excellent service and a great price. I got a quick response to my text message with photos of the appliances I was interested in before travelling from out of town. Very friendly and offered to plug it in for the day to be sure everything works before leaving town and flexible with pick up date. Gave honest advice on the benefits and draw backs of various models and gave us space to decide. Thanks for a great experience, looking forward to our new fridge

Had a great customer experience when I went to look at massage chairs. I rarely write reviews, so this means I was very impressed! Owner Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't rush me at all-even turned out some overhead lights when I was trying out chairs so I could relax.Excellent price point-half of regular cost. White glove delivery of chair too! Walls all intact. He took the time to explain how it all the features worked, and encouraged me to call if any questions.I'll be checking his store first if I ever have any appliance needs.

We bought our massage chair and this place a fabulous! Michael the manager the customer service was the best. There was no rush. He made us choose the very right one. He made us so comfortable. Mike is great! Worked on finding the right appliance with the features we need, we have had them for a few months now and no issues! Picked up a mini fridge on a great deal and had it wrapped as a gift to a friend. Definitely recommend Mike to anyone I know who needs a great deal on appliances!
