We worked with Paul and Susan to market our condo in December 2021. Our experience with them was excellent and an added bonus of working with Paul was that the marketing plan included staging by Susan. We found that the staging added a great deal of value in assisting with getting the best price. Paul Oldford and his wife Susan were very professional and helpful during both of my moves. Paul dedicated countless hours into helping me prepare for the sale of both of my homes, painting and doing anything that was necessary to achieve and surpass my expectations and listing price. Paul is an excellent realtor. He cares about his clients and ensuring they find the exact home they are looking for. He goes out of his way to ensure your best interests are maintained in the deal. Paul is a fantastic realtor who really listens and works to get you exactly what you want. I worked with Paul for the sale of my previous house and the purchase of my new one.He is great at making suggestions and really knowledgable about the market, able to answer any questions and explain things perfectly.He helped me prep my home for sale by providing a marketing plan and suggestions for improvements to the value of my home, and even covered the cost of staging (which I highly recommend as worth it!) As part of the marketing plan. In the end we ended up getting much more than I thought possible which then allowed me to get a perfect second house, which Paul was able to help with by providing expert knowledge and answering my nervous questions about such a large purchase.All in all, you really can't go wrong with Paul, he's the sort of guy who is willing to help you with anything you ask, no matter the inconvenience to himself and is happy to do so, and is very knowledgeable about local markets and real estate in general.

Above and beyond. Paul is one of the most dedicated, talented, and caring people I have had the pleasure of engaging with, in and out of real-estate. We thanked Paul multiple times for having gone to extreme lengths to help us research and quickly consider a property (including finding water well records, and reaching out to town council about heritage restrictions); each time we thanked him he humbly told us that this is what any good realtor does - but I can assure you that has not been our past experience!
