Unfortunately clueless employees. Called in to ask about a tool, described it in great detail to make sure we were on the same page. Drove in from an hour out of town to find out they in fact did not understand what we were asking for and did not have what we needed. I'm not expecting a genius to answer the phone but I'm expecting someone who can at least use Google if they don't understand or know something. The only thing you need is a pulse to be hired here apparently.

Wow is all I can say regarding the over the top costumer service I have received and problem resolution with my car/car parts. A huge thank you to Andy the Manager at this location as he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied costumer. Most definitely will recommend anyone and everyone in need of parts and or car accessories to give this place a visit as I know based off experience you will be accommodated. I went to this store for power steering fluid. I was given brake fluid. By the time I realized I already put some in. Now I have to flush the system and hopfully nothing is damaged. I don't know how I will proceed. TBD

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am so grateful for the fellow who helped me today. I was at the end of my rope and needed to get home and rest. Exhausted. I asked for help and received it.

Bought $500 worth of brake parts to do my daughter's car less than 30 days ago. Parts went on sale today. Assistant manager would not budge on price match. Manager, Andy did, was terrific. Thanks Andy!

Went in for new windshield wipers today - I was immediately greeted by Sandra who was so pleasant and helpful. She looked up the wipers I needed and then even put them on my car for me! She made the whole experience quick and pleasant. She was so friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing which wipers I needed! It’s so wonderful and inspiring to see a woman working in this industry! Will be back next time I need new wipers!

Went to get my battery tested told it was to cold for an employee to go outside for 2 minutes to test the battery which I bought from them less then a year ago. So don’t know whether I have a defective battery. Not too cold for me to boost my battery though. Thought part of their business was to sell batteries guess they only want to sell them in warm weather.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was looking for an obscure part which unfortunately they did not have, but they took the time to look up the name of two other stores in the city that might be able to help me instead.
