Tonight around 10:38pm, I ordered 2 turkey bacon clubs with no tomato at the drive-thru. When I got home an hour later to eat, neither club had any turkey.. They're just bacon, lettuce, and mayo. I don't have my own ride and the Tim's location didn't provide me with a receipt.I probably should have checked in the car, but Tim's is usually on the ball for this stuff.Edit: the link in the reply below didn't work for me, it just led me to the app. I went back to the store today to explain that the turkey was forgotten and they kindly made me two new sandwiches without a fuss, although they were out of lettuce at the time, but it wasn't a huge deal. I'm glad how quickly it was handled.

The Tim Hortons on Arthur check this out because I refuse to give my name and phone number after we bought two coffees my friend and I were shocked so now they have it that unless you give them your name and phone number you're no longer welcome in their establishment to sit down and drink their coffee so you have to leave how can I run a business if they're doing that. My advice is avoid this Tim Hortons on Arthur Street because they have no right to ask you for your name or phone number if you do not want to give it up to them.

Consistently one of the better Tim's in town for getting your order right and actually stirring your coffee. However be prepared to wait 20-30 min for an order to be completed if it's a weekend.

We ordered 20 minutes ahead of time and came to see that our order was taken by someone else! Staff should ask to see order receipt before handing out food.

This place is a disaster. It is extremely busy. The first time I tried the drive thru order system wasn't working but thw sign up only said debit was down and only once at the speaker did they inform us we had to come inside and although the worker was friendly he was extremely slow and disorganized. I went the next day, at a different time but I didn't go thru drive thru which was badly backed up, I went inside and 4 other people got their orders before I got mine which was 2 donuts and a coffee...ome of the worst locations in any place I have gone
