Bortolussi J Dr

On July 17th we were in London for Dental appointment of my son with another doctor for a tooth extraction but Dr asked for 3d scan first. We called Dr Bortoussi office if we can have this scan on same day to avoid driving 400km to/from Port Elgin but we were told there is no time and come on July 30th rather. On July 30th we came and it took less than a minute to complete the scan. I don't understand why it wasn't done on 17th and wasted our whole day for not sparing few minutes.Also, scan was charged for 330$ but insurance reimbursement rate for it was 65$ only.

Dr. Bortolussi is at the top of his field! Nothing but perfection and guidance every step of the way.... Emanuel, Chrissy, Sarah and Georgia are such an amazing team; so friendly and professional! Thank you guys sincerely!

Excellent all round. Although the price is high, even with insurance, the expertise of Dr. Bortolussi is worth every dollar. He is good natured and he has an excellent staff. Well done. Lots of compliments on new front tooth!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about his staff, the quality of service, and the exceptional aesthetic look they achieved with my dental implants. Dr. Bortolussi and his team were very professional, always making me feel comfortable and went above and beyond during my 3 year treatment plan. I am cognitively missing 7 teeth (4 smile teeth) and through meetings and discussions with his team and my parents it was determined the best plan for me was a 2nd set of braces, 2 implants and a veneer.I am an outgoing young female in my early twenties, pursuing a career in education. A natural looking smile allowing correct pronunciation was important to me.My new smile was complete in October 2018 and I am very excited to show it off.
