BATHROOM RENOVATIONBradshaw works as a professional team. From the first home visit to the meeting in the showroom I was given excellent advice. At all times I was treated with respect. Bradshaw staff co -operated with my condo management.The renovation process was relatively easy and any small issues were dealt with promptly. To my surprise there was very little mess! We had 1 great experience many years ago with a young plumber fixed our shower very professional did a great job. Next 2 calls for a leak in the kitchen we got an older man very rude and very unprofessional we decided not to use their services again.

Working with old plumbing is challenging. As a Do It Yourselfer, it can be frustrating. After a courtesy call with Bradshaw Plumbing, what I thought would be a hopeless job became possible! I avoid the need to replace an old tub faucet shower set by going to Bradshaw. I needed an old pull knob shower diverter and they had it. When I called to explain the problem, I was met with a courteous knowledgeable lady on the phone. She offered many suggestions and told me to bring the old part in (see first picture). She even covered tips on what to do to avoid potential issues. Meeting her and staff at store did not disappoint. So courteous and helpful. Installed replacement part and the old faucets works without any issue (second picture). Price was excellent too. Can't be any happier! I plan to come back for bigger projects.

I have relied on Bradshaw Plumbing & Renovations for many years now. From the odd plumbing fix around the house to the installation of a new toilet, their work has always been fairly priced, trustworthy and professional. When it came time to replace our outdated kitchen countertops they were my first choice as a trusted service provider. Karen assisted with the project planning in a caring, patient and expert manner. When it came time for installation, all of the Bradshaw team members involved were knowledgeable and professional as the work was completed. Changing the countertop has improved the look of my open-concept kitchen immensely. The Coriander quartz countertops are beautiful and practical and the addition of a touch technology faucet was a smart upgrade that makes cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Needed to replace my main water shutoff valve, and had the team from Bradshaw do it. Brodie came in and expertly swapped out the old gate valve with a new ball valve shutoff. While he was here I had a second shutoff replaced which was in a tricky spot, but no issue for the professionals! Thanks for the quick and friendly service.

Started off with a misunderstanding, Bradshaw reached out to clear it up. A lot of companies wouldn't do that. In hindsight, I was wrong in my previous review. My apologies to Bradshaw for mislabeling them!
