Richard was very open minded and took note of what I wanted and didn't want. I found his shop on a whim and even though I was nervous, he made my experience smooth and comfortable.I'm very happy how my existing black & white tattoo turned to a bright, vibrate piece of art with all the right shades of color, that I pulled from my reference pics.

My friends and I walked into Tattoo Cellar on a whim and for impulse. Richard was amazing from the start! He was quick and efficient with helping us and getting us what we were looking for. Super friendly, funny, great conversation and a great artist. Diligent and definitely wants to get the work done right!

Great experience! Richard is easy to work with and accommodating to my last minute request to getting a tattoo after my husband's appointment! Light handed, pleasant and not a painful experience, actually discovered my ankle was ticklish during the process!
