Went there to update my address. Waited for an hour and a half, finally got called up. The lady who checked me in, looked like they just switched as I walked in, was not only extremely rude but actually snapped at me like she was looking for a confrontation.Not sure what her issue was but even the security guards were looking at me like, what?? Then when my name was called, the same lady served me again, only to tell me they couldn't change it and I'd have to call in? I had told her when I got there, why I was there. Not sure why she didn't say anything when I checked in and once again not only rude, but snappy and almost deliberately looking for a confrontation. Not the way I was thinking this would have unfolded. I realize there's lots of stress from overflow for the past couple years but taking it out on people waiting for help is inexcusable.

Two super friendly security staff members when walking in.Very informative and helpful front desk person. Waited for about 30-45 minutes during peak hours, but got helped efficiently and my wife and I got our SIN applications sorted out that same hour.Thank you.

Never in my life have i dealt with a worse service customer person . Security guard working right at 4pm was the most unfriendly human I have dealt with . How this man has a job , is beyond me . If you don’t like your job , do us all a favour and get a new one . Let someone who can deal with the public in a friendly manner take your spot ! You work for the government ! Your suppose to be kind and be able to help .Rant over .don’t waste your time here , make the drive to Calgary.

Absolutely did not understand my issue. The govt site would not allow me to print forms. Kept saying “loading”. She kept referring me back to online or another number with long wait times. Frustrating is an understatement!

Went there to get the SIN for both me and my wife. We were extremely well treated, got everything done in a short time and that’s why it deserves 5 stars :)

Biggest waste of time and space I've ever seen. If its at all possible do not go there for any information of services

I'm not sure what the purpose of having TWO security guards is for. They greeted me and directed me to the front desk. Then I got to sit in the waiting room and watch them PLAY ON THEIR PHONES and comment on people in the parking lot.Instead of paying two employees to waste time, hire more people to WORK there so we don't all have to sit in the waiting area for over an hour.

Need a option for zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. Some have a serious chip on their shoulders there. The way the one lady talked to me today had one heck of a nasty attitude like she was all high & mighty. Be careful as a simple inquiry can get you treated like garbage.
