Got laughed at by staff for asking if masks are still mandatory in may 2023. Sure I will wear a mask cuz why the heck not. But a harmless question doesn't deserve such a horrible attitude or does it?

Really bad waiting times!! Understaffed and old, lack of cleaning as well. Felt a little unsafe. I will think about it not twice but 10 times before going again.
