Worst experience of ultrasound...poor service.

I brought my mother here, this place is so clean with friendly and professional staff. I recommend this place to everyone.

Service was above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was very professional and polite.

I was a bit nervous to come for an ultrasound here after reading negative reviews but it went okay! The receptionist who booked the appointment and checked us in was super friendly. The tech herself however was very quiet and hardly said a word during the appointment. I wish she had talked more and told me what she was looking at during the ultrasound like I’ve had at previous ultrasounds in London. This is my first pregnancy and the ultrasounds are very exciting, so it’s a bit of a drag when they don’t care to fill you in on their process or show you things.

Went for an appointment for 10am. They open at 10am and I had to wait 55 minutes before being seen with no reasoning to me. Overall wasn't super impressed ladies are lovely but really 55 minutes late and the beginning of the day...

If I could give cero starts, I would. I have been here twice, one for 1st pregnancy and another for my second. Although the receptionist is very friendly, the tech is the worst every time. Definitely never going back again.
