I'm very disappointed to the service at European design today! Only refer to a staff who works at the gemstones department. Obviously, I knew what I need to get and I have written down how many stones and their sizes that I need. But I didn't expect that the cost was out of my budget so I was thinking another plan for by gem setting project and I was considering that if it's worth to put a lot of cost. So the process took a bit long since before that consideration I've chosen many gemstones for purchasing. Almost the end of choosing gemstones, while I just need a bit more time to consider. The staff got annoying and she said she has other works to do and she can't help me for such a long time. She also said I should have wrotedown my needs before I come next time. Hey Miss! This is not my first time coming to Europeandesign i've came here for uncountable times! I clearly know what I should do before I come for purchasing gemstones since my time is precious too! That's so interesting!!!!! Isn't that is what you should do at the position????? If you have no patience for doing any job then u won't achieve urself and u definitely won't stay at the position for a long time. I can't believe this is your attitude to serve a customer in the gemstones department.... European design should have built a good training session for those new employees.... It takes me a while to consider to post this comment because I rarely write bad comments, I know everyone is hard-working the best for living. This is my very first time writing such comment. So after I purchased about $100 gemstones I got home and try to calm down. After few hours consideration I decided to write down this comment even though I really like to go their to buy tools and stones. I found that I wasn't the only one being treated like that and I just want more people to aware of the serving attitude problem and I hope you can improve it next time.
