The Mobile Shop

I just tried to switch to a simple pay as you go plan with PC which makes me a low priority customer I guess. My first mistake was showing up at the advertised time of opening witch is not 10 Am but when people show up I guess 12:30 or so. Then spent over an hour here waiting for the slow" computer system. All while it was known we were trying to get to Fredericton for a funeral. The final indignation was being told why don't we make the call to set it up ourselves to save us time waiting in their office. Had to say no thanks after investing too much time. I go to a phone place to get it setup right not try and figure it out myself. I am still needing a new service but it won't be PC unfortunately. We do still love the grocery store though

Went from super impressed to super disappointed to OK within a week, customer service is everything, bought a phone a week ago for my son and the guy working there was great,questions answered above and beyond, made sure the phone worked before leaving the store etc, bought another phone for myself yesterday and the girl working there was lazy and uninterested, gave me a phone with no Sim card, had to ask for one then I asked to make sure the phone is connected and working and she looked and it briefly and said it was fine, got home and phone wouldn't work, had to rush back before they closed at 6 o'clock, very stressful situation, now I find out fido is charging me more than the agreed contract so I have to waste more time trying to sort out the mess

Wouldn't know. The website says they open on Sunday and when I get there it says they are not open on Sundays.

This was a very long visit. Being in a previous PC mobile contract and then going through a buy out by Kodo left us as pc mobile ppl in limbo for help regarding our phones. Kodo wouldn't help us as we were not in their system and PC mobile was no longer. So we bit the bullet and bought out our contract and ended up going with virgin. We ended up standing during the whole process which was about 2 hrs. This kiosk has NO seats or stools to sit on. The employees at this kiosk were amazing and patient however standing this entire time really sucked and hurt physically.
