I ordered a balloon bouquet for a bridal shower from TO Balloons and was very happy with their service. Ordering was simple, they delivered to the venue, gave me advance notice when it was en route with estimated delivery time and the end product was exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend TO Balloons - I will order from them again for my future balloon needs.

Honestly I love this company!They supported my daughter when she had a community back-to-school lemonade stand for under served kids in her neighbourhood.Today we bought so many ballons for a birthday party we needed two vans!!Oh and they deliver!!

Very good experience with TO Balloons! One of the balloons (the big one on top of the bouquet) was popped, so I called them and they immediately sent a new one within the next few hours, and also included a few free balloons as well. Great customer service, and the balloons have lasted for the past 2 days already. Highly recommend!

We ordered a gender reveal balloon from T.O. Balloons and could not be happier! The customer service was impeccable. The employee I was speaking with was so lovely to deal with. The balloon was filled with tons of confetti and mini balloons. The drop off time I selected was between 9am - 2pm but when I called to ask if it could be closer to noon, that wasn't a problem at all. The delivery showed up just around noon. T.O. Balloons is simply the best and I would highly recommend to anyone and look forward to using them in the future!

The arrangements were perfect and can suit the needs of any occasion. The staff was so accommodating to my requests and they actually got back to me on the adjustments to the design I wanted. At times you think that the comments section in an order are always a maybe or it never even gets read but they contacted me before and were able to work out everything to the detail and really were attentive to my needs and were on time. Good value and service for the money

T.O. Balloons was great. I called with a question, then visited the Jefferson Ave location the next day to order a cake and two foil letter balloons. Everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions. I have a wheat allergy and don’t eat cakes so I had no idea where to go and what I wanted/needed. Everyone was so patient and everything was ready exactly when I was to pick up my order.Friends at the party loved the cake and many asked where I got it, so they could order in the future. My partner had a great birthday and I was so happy that everything turned out so well. Will definitely refer people to T.O. Balloons in the future and use them again.

T.O. Balloons are terrific! They are friendly and helpful and show up on time so worth every penny. Great communication throughout the order and delivery process as well as great quality of products (the balloons stay afloat for almost 2 weeks!). Also they accommodate last minute orders quickly and with no hassle. Have ordered from them 3 times now and will not hesitate to use them again (and again)!

I had a very positive experience with T.O. Balloons. Their ordering process is clear and they have a wide array of products. I was able to choose a day and time for delivery which was great! The team even checked in personally to confirm the delivery the day before & called to inform us that the delivery was on route (I wasn't by my phone and hopefully that didn't affect them too much). I was glad I decided to order with T.O. Balloons :)
