Local, sustainable, delicious products delivered to my door - love how this is helping us reduce our waste! Also very responsive to feedback :)

I have been ordering from Jarr since it was launched and I am very happy with the wide variety of staples like oats, rice, pasta, sugar, flour, lentils, soy sauce, laundry detergent, soap - that we get through them on a regular basis. They also have a great selection of specialty goods like vegan-friendly frozen meals, snacks, and dairy-free cheese.I love their commitment to paying living wages (that should be all businesses) and that they truly are package-free - no paper bags or cans. They also deliver via bike! Customer service has been excellent when something has been not quite as expected, they always make it right. We have tried all the other low waste and regular grocery delivery services in the lower mainland and Jarr takes the cake!

I did some order at Jarr. I like this principle, and I support this little company. But I think the price begin very expensive and no longer correspond to my vision (for the local vegetable). How to consume local when prices are almost doubled or even tripled? (Especially since at the grocery store in my neighborhood I have vegetables from bc at an affordable price.) It should be the other way around because there isn't all the marketing behind it. With expensive prices we do not rally the greatest number. Quality at an affordable price should be the priority.Otherwise the service is well done with the system of boxes and pots.

I have been ordering from Jarr for over two years and have loved every minute of it. The whole team is so easy to communicate with. The quality is incredible. And knowing that my groceries are reducing my plastic footprint, makes me feel a whole lot better! Thank you jarr for making my plastic free journey so much easier!

I wish I could give them 5 stars but unfortunately their business isn’t being run very effectively - poor communication, impossible to get a bin/jar pick up, and not enough choice in volume of product. I’m a previous Fulfill customer and very disappointed with this merge- Fulfill was much better run in my opinion.
