I went to freedom mobile today in oshawa and the gentleman working there helped me alot today. He was very helpful. I would recommend going to them for cheaper rates.

Came in today to upgrade my Iphone XR to an Iphone Pro Max. Great experience, Rutvik walked me through my options and helpedme find the perfect plan for me. Quick and fast.

The guys there who fixed my phone are nicePeople. Had it fixed within 45 minutes to spare time. I’ll be coming back here in a couple months for a new phone case as well!

Terrible experience. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. After many years of dealing with this same location, I can surly say I've been in a more unprofessional and disrespectful encounter of my life. Locked my mother in the shop after he did not preform a service properly so she tried to leave. A man whom claims to not even work there had locked her in. My mother is a single mom, only 100 pounds if that. When I saw her locked in the store with two full grown men intimidating her and her banging on the window for help it was terrifying to say the least... He's also sold several phones that where locked and could not be accessed, resulting in us having to pay him more and more for all these different issues popping up. To say the least, the Oshawa location 1300 King St East, beside the old Walmart and dollar store, is definitely not run by any type of professional people or business men.

**UPDATE**Unfortunately, I’ve changed my stars to two because of the service. I wanted to give my phone back but he was denying it, even within the first week. Not impressedWent at the end of the day and received the best service. I had to wait to switch my phone and update it for it to work, and Vikas was very kind and nice!
